FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE INFORMATION
Currently, one in five students at Our Lady of Providence receives some form of Tuition Assistance. Tuition Assistance is based on need and an application is required.
The process is outlined below.
- All forms and information can be obtained from the Business Office beginning in February
- In accordance with Archdiocesan policy, families requesting Tuition Assistance will be required to complete both the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment form and the Providence Tuition Assistance form.
- The FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment must be completed and mailed with a processing fee by March 31. This independent agency reviews your income, economic conditions, cost of living, and other factors to arrived at an amount your family can pay.
- The Providence Tuition Assessment form must be completed and returned to the Office of the President by March 31.
- The Tuition Assistance Committee reviews both forms and awards are made in writing before May 14.
- Anyone receiving Tuition Assistance is asked to volunteer some time to work at various functions at Our Lady of Providence.
